Native Americans in the Industry: Where We Are Today

As part of the film festival, the LA Skins Fest and SAG-AFTRA presented “Native Americans in the industry: Where We Are Today.” The panel discussion addressed the inclusion of Native Americans in film & television and featured casting director, Rene Haynes (The Revenant, Jamestown), professional actors Elizabeth Frances (The Son), Forrest Goodluck (The Revenant), and writer Lucas Brown Eyes (Young & Hungry). The event was opened to SAG members, LA SKINS FEST filmmakers, and the Native American community.
