treet theatre overdosing on cinema sets the stage for this allegorical tale about a girl who overdoses in an alley and subsequently transcends back to the harmonious natural environment of Woodland Cree Territory where her ancestral lineage originated. Although serene and peaceful at first, a foreboding presence forces her to realize she must confront her personal demons. Guerrilla filmed with an old camcorder on-location in Vancouver’s notorious downtown eastside, and deep in the back woods of the boreal forest in northern Alberta. *In Cree w/ english subtitles
