The Shifter

After a long day of work Sequan Sage-Bear, a young Indigenous woman, is brutally attacked on her way home. Her screams for help go unanswered, John is relentless and her hope begins to fade. Sequan makes one last attempt to fight off her attacker, in one strong swoop of her arm and deep fiery yell from within, John flies through the air and slams into a garbage bin. With lightning quickness Sequan jumps to her feet, John takes off running. Unsure of what just happened Sequan tries to return to her once normal life.
