Uncle Lyle

Set on the Piikani Nation, Uncle Lyle is an Indigenous comedy follows Billy, a carefree Indigenous teen, who asks his unreliable but well meaning Uncle Lyle for a ride to school. Lyle, freshly fired from his job, he drowns his sorrows at the local bar, agreeing to give Billy a ride, only to end the night in a police chase after getting caught about to drink and drive. As he stumbles through the woods, dodging both the law and the rez dogs, Against all odds, Lyle shows up in the only way Lyle can.
