In our fifteenth year\, we are expanding to meet the need for our filmmakers\, our artists and our voice! \nThe 15th annual LA SKINS FEST is presenting a cash prize to accompany our Achievement In Documentary Filmmaking award provided by YAHOO and we are launching the NY SKINS FEST!   In partnership with New York University and the Writers Guild of America East\, this New York based virtual festival will host more films and advance more Native American filmmakers.
