DESCRIPTION:The LA SKINS FEST hosted the 4th Annual Hollywood Pow Wow at the newly constructed courtyard at Hollywood Blvd and Highland Ave. The Pow Wow was a full day event that welcomed families\, community and artists. The pow wow featured traditional singing\, dancing and youth performances from numerous tribes around the country.
