Since 2009, we have taught film workshops to youth at reservations and Native American urban centers throughout the United States and Canada. The participating youth learn about writing, directing, shooting and editing their own movies. JANUARY Native MONTHLY WRITERS GROUP
The Native American MONTHLY WRITERS GROUP is a literary gathering that takes place monthly in Los Angeles, CA. This initiative provides an opportunity for professional actors to read scenes from the writer/participants’ original scripts, constructive feedback from other Native American writer/participants, and pitch opportunities to creative executives.
